The Role
DHA Islamabad- Rawalpindi invites applications for Senior Manager Operations to oversee its J-Mart branches.
•Oversee operations of all J-Mart branches and ensure uniform implementation of operational standards •Monitor branch-wise sales, profitability, budgets and operating expenses •Ensure effective stock replenishment, inventory control, product availability and loss prevention •Supervise Branch Managers and evaluate branch performance against approved targets •Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of products •Ensure compliance with organizational SOPs, customer service standards and applicable regulations •Submit consolidated performance reports and recommend operational improvements

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Business Administration (MBA), Retail Management, Project Management, Supply Chain Management
Minimum 15 years of experience in managing large-scale supermarket, hypermarket or organized retail operations
Retail Budgeting, Cost Optimization, Inventory Planning, Retail Merchandising, Retail ERP/ POS Systems, Performance Analysis, Leadership, Negotiation, Decision Making
