The Role
Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its Peco Road, Lahore store. The role is part of the store management team and assumes responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
•Implement strategies to grow sales and analyze data to drive revenue growth •Mentor and motivate team members by providing guidance and leading by example •Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and uphold high standards •Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
3+ years of retail leadership experience and proven skills in coaching and training
Communication, Leadership, Coaching
•Ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead and climb ladders
