The Role

The Bank of Khyber is hiring a Head of the General Services Division in the Operations & Services Group at its Head Office in Peshawar. The Divisional Head is accountable for the Bank's physical infrastructure, real estate, general services and administrative support.

•Formulate, implement and review the Division's strategy, annual operating plan, budget and service priorities in line with the Bank's vision and network requirements •Oversee the Bank's real estate portfolio, including site assessments, lease acquisitions and renewals, rent negotiations, landlord relations and lease documentation •Ensure procurement and tendering activities are conducted fairly, transparently and competitively •Establish vendor due-diligence, onboarding, performance evaluation and risk-monitoring mechanisms for critical suppliers •Ensure accurate recording, tagging, custody, movement tracking and physical verification of fixed assets •Ensure Bank premises meet occupational health and safety, fire-safety, building code and statutory requirements •Establish clear service-request channels and escalation timelines for internal stakeholders
