The Role
PakWheels is hiring a Senior Product Manager for AI & Agentic Products to own AI-powered product initiatives from discovery to execution.
•Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features and workflows •Identify opportunities to automate processes using AI and agentic workflows •Create detailed PRDs including AI behavior expectations, fallback logic and evaluation criteria •Work with ML engineers and data teams to improve model performance and user outcomes •Conduct user research, market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities •Define product roadmaps aligned with company goals and customer needs •Track and optimize product KPIs including engagement, retention, task completion and AI accuracy •Collaborate with marketing and business teams on go-to-market planning and product positioning •Prepare product documentation, business cases and strategy presentations

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration
5-8 years of product management experience, including shipping AI-powered products; hands-on use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or Perplexity; strong understanding of LLM concepts including prompt engineering, RAG, hallucination handling, context windows and AI workflows; experience in Agile/ Scrum environments with cross-functional teams Preferred: Experience with AI frameworks/ tools such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, n8n or Make.com; exposure to MCP, vector databases, RAG pipelines or AI orchestration architectures
