The Role

Leads delivery of quality education at TCF schools in the Southern Zone by developing high-performing teams at Area and School levels, executing educational interventions and monitoring performance and outcomes.

•Mentor and motivate Area Teams to achieve productivity and engagement •Create a culture of care and growth across Areas and Schools •Ensure delivery of quality education in schools by implementing and monitoring inputs and tracking student learning outcomes •Design implementation plans for educational interventions and methodologies •Develop and execute student enrolment and retention plans with area teams •Ensure implementation of policies and plans through school visits, classroom observation and staff meetings •Lead training needs analysis for schools and adapt instructional material •Ensure quality and transparency in school evaluations and student assessments and develop remedial plans •Train and support Area Teams in recruiting and retaining quality school staff and provide input on staff appraisals, promotions and terminations •Engage communities through Area Teams for effective school management and community development •Coordinate with functional departments on regional and area implementation plans and resources •Manage and supervise MIS of education-related indicators •Network with district education officials for relationship management and resourcing •Coordinate with external evaluators for data collection and reporting
