•Ensure quality patient care and effective utilization of unit resources to support the values and goals of the Hospital •Coordinate effectively with a diverse group of staff •Implement high-quality nursing care •Undertake clinical practice, management, teaching and research

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements

Required Education Level/ Field of Study

Bachelor 16 Years: Nursing (Post RN)
Masters: Public Health, Healthcare Administration, MBA

Required Experience

At least 8 years of experience from a reputable organization including 3 years (for Post RN BSN) or 1 year (for Master's degree) as Team Leader or Head Nurse/ supervisory nursing role in a reputable hospital

Valid PNC registration

Any Other Requirements or Preferences

•Diploma in General Nursing with specialization and Post RN BSN, or 4 years BSN degree with/ without specialization from a PNC/ HEC recognized nursing institution •Masters in Nursing/ Public Health/ Healthcare Administration/ MBA-Health Management shall be preferred
