The Role
National Bank of Pakistan is hiring Relationship Managers in Retail Banking for Badin, Dera Allah Yar, Dera Bugti, Dera Murad Jamali, Dadu, Jacobabad, Khuzdar, Larkana, Qambar Shahdadkot, Sui, Shikarpur, Thatta and Tharparkar, reporting to the Team Leader. The position is contractual for three years, renewable at the discretion of management.
•Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in account opening, deposit growth and consumer financing •Conduct daily customer/ market visits for new-to-bank and existing customers (Conventional and Islamic Banking) •Manage and grow the deposit portfolio and identify attrition risks to retain balances •Achieve cross-sell targets of consumer assets and insurance products •Ensure tail management by activation of dormant accounts, Digital App and ATM •Take part in Mass Customer Contact Drives and Market Storming activities •Maintain MIS/ business reports related to the portfolio •Ensure compliance with banking laws, instructions, regulations and SOPs
