The Role
National Bank of Pakistan is hiring Recovery Support Officers in Risk Management for Faisalabad, Karachi and Sukkur, reporting to the Unit Head- Recovery Support- Retail and Program Lending. The position is contractual for three years, renewable at the discretion of management.
•Review all cases recommended for recovery suit by collection and recovery team •Coordinate with Banking Legal Advisor branches, regions and collection team for follow-up of suit filed cases •Review ongoing cases and advise Unit Head Legal Coordination •Review progress of outstanding litigation cases and liaise with external lawyers •Review plaints shared by dealing counsel before filing and provide administrative support •Obtain regular updates from dealing counsel and attend court hearings •Coordinate with Unit Head Collections and BLAs where the customer is willing to make an out-of-court settlement •Prepare, maintain and share MIS of all suits filed and to be filed

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Law (LLB)
Minimum 2 years of banking and/ or legal experience in recovery related litigation in a commercial bank
Legal and Regulatory Knowledge, MS Office
