The Role
Islamabad Diagnostic Centre is hiring a Phlebotomist cum Receptionist for its Shahkot branch.
•Collect blood samples from patients using various phlebotomy techniques •Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and maintain patient records •Provide customer service to patients and visitors •Maintain a clean and organized work environment •Collaborate with healthcare professionals for seamless patient care •Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries •Maintain confidentiality

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Medical Technology
- Intermediate: Medical Technology
- Diploma: Medical Technology
1-2 years of experience in phlebotomy and reception Preferred: Experience with medical billing and coding; knowledge of OSHA guidelines; bilingual or multilingual skills
Phlebotomy, Electronic Medical Records, MS Office, Customer Service
•BS MLT, FSc MLT or diploma in phlebotomy •Completion of a phlebotomy training program •Certification as a Phlebotomist (CPT), Registered Phlebotomy Technician (RPT) or BS MLT
