The Role
Islamabad Diagnostic Centre is hiring a Supervisor Operations for its Shahkot branch to oversee day-to-day medical and diagnostic operations.
•Oversee the daily operations of the medical and diagnostic department in line with established policies and procedures •Supervise a team of staff, providing guidance, support and feedback •Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency while maintaining quality and patient care •Manage budgets and resources effectively •Collaborate with other departments to align operations with business objectives •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards •Analyse data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement •Maintain effective communication with staff, management and other stakeholders

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Healthcare Administration, Business Administration
Minimum 5 years of experience in medical and diagnostic operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
