The Role

Manager- Partner Compliance and Relationship in TCF's Northern Zone Operations, managing engagement with regulatory bodies and government departments, partnership expansion proposals and compliance for partnered schools. Frequent travel is expected.

•Maintain regular engagement with regulatory bodies and ensure timely response to their queries and requests •Facilitate coordination between government departments and internal stakeholders on contractual requirements, policies, examinations, academic calendars and payment frameworks •Support development of proposals for expansion of existing partnerships, including school assessments and documentation •Ensure timely and accurate data entry on government portals and monitor data quality •Support development, review and implementation of policies, procedures and SOPs in line with regulatory requirements and monitor compliance •Coordinate preparation and submission of periodic reports as per contractual and government requirements •Analyze monthly subsidy trends and coordinate actions to maximize the per-child subsidy •Conduct regular school visits to monitor compliance and resolve issues •Develop orientation and training programs on compliance requirements for area and school teams
