The Role
Orient Ceramica is looking for a detail-oriented Assistant/ Deputy Manager PPC to support and streamline production planning and control, coordinating between production, supply chain, procurement and inventory teams.
•Develop and monitor production plans in line with sales forecasts and customer demand •Coordinate with Production, Sales, Procurement and Stores to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth production operations •Monitor daily production targets, capacity utilization and schedule adherence •Optimize production resources to minimize downtime, wastage and production costs •Prepare production reports, analyze variances and implement corrective actions •Ensure timely order completion and efficient inventory management

5+ years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Engineering
- Masters
Minimum 5 years working experience in PPC, preferably on SAP
Analytical Skills, Problem Solving, Planning Skills, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, MS Office, MS Excel, SAP
•Qualification from a PEC-recognized university, preferably B.Sc Engineering
