The Role
Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for an HSE Officer based at Shikarpur to ensure the overall safety of staff, workers, equipment and the environment at the depot by implementing and monitoring the Company's HSE Management System and statutory requirements.
•Ensure day-to-day safety of staff, contractors, equipment and surrounding areas •Conduct daily inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions •Ensure strict compliance with the Permit to Work (PTW) System and conduct PTW audits as per company HSE procedures •Ensure proper incident, accident and near-miss reporting, including evidence collection •Perform inspection of firefighting equipment, fire pumps, extinguishers, hydrants and safety signs •Conduct logistics and tank lorry inspections before entry and during operations inside the depot •Maintain HSE documentation, checklists, PTW records and ensure compliance with audit requirements

2- 5 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably of an OMC
MS Office, Reporting Tools, Communication Skills, Working Under Pressure
•NEBOSH IGC certification is a must
