The Role

The Office of the Controller General of Accounts is hiring 39 Junior Auditors (BPS-11) on a regular basis under the Balochistan domicile quota.

•Post and maintain initial work registers, cash books and ledger entries for public funds •Process, sort and perform initial checks on payment claims, pension files, public works/ contractor bills and revenue refunds •Assist in compiling monthly civil accounts and bank reconciliation statements •Prepare draft objection statements and gather supporting vouchers for review by Senior Auditors or Assistant Accounts Officers •Handle routine data entry, file maintenance and inter-departmental dispatch of receipts and schedules
