The Role

The City School invites applications for Head Master/ Mistress in Chashma.

•Educational Leadership: •• Implement curriculum plans that meet the educational standards and requirements •Ensure high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students •Monitor and evaluate teaching methods and classroom activities to ensure continuous improvement •Support teachers in professional development and instructional strategies •Administrative Management: •• Oversee daily school operations and manage resources efficiently •Ensure the school complies with all relevant regulations and policies •Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior •Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively •Student Welfare and Development: •• Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all students •Address student disciplinary issues and provide guidance and support •Foster the social, emotional, and academic development of students •Organize and oversee extracurricular activities and events •Strategic Planning: •• Contribute to the development and implementation of the school`s strategic goals and objectives •Participate in school improvement planning and policy development •Analyze data and feedback to inform decision-making and school improvements •Lead initiatives to enhance the school`s educational offerings and facilities
