The Role

The Bank of Khyber invites applications for Head General Services Division (O & S Group) at its Head Office, Peshawar. The Divisional Head is accountable for the Bank's physical infrastructure, real estate, general services and administrative support.

•Formulate, implement and periodically review the Division's strategy, annual operating plan, budget and service priorities in alignment with the Bank's vision, business strategy and network requirements •Oversee the Bank's real estate portfolio, including site assessments, lease acquisitions and renewals, rent negotiations, landlord relations, and the documentation and administration of leases for branches, offices and other facilities •Ensure procurement and tendering activities within the Division are conducted fairly, transparently and competitively •Establish vendor due-diligence, onboarding, performance evaluation, service review and risk-monitoring mechanisms for critical suppliers and service providers •Ensure accurate recording, tagging, custody, movement tracking, physical verification and reconciliation of the Bank's fixed assets in coordination with Finance and relevant business units •Ensure Bank premises meet applicable occupational health and safety requirements, fire-safety standards, building codes, municipal laws and other relevant statutory obligations •Establish clear service-request channels, ownership and escalation timelines to address requests and complaints from internal stakeholders efficiently •Ensure the Bank's physical infrastructure, real estate, general services and administrative support operate reliably, safely, efficiently and cost-effectively, with appropriate controls, measurable service standards and adherence to applicable laws, regulatory requirements and internal policies
