The Role
Hyundai Nishat Motor is seeking a Senior Executive for Paint Shop Quality Assurance at its Faisalabad plant, covering new model introduction projects, vehicle audits and root cause analysis of market defects.
•Coordinate new model introduction projects to ensure paint process readiness and timely product launches •Maintain an effective feedback loop between the Vehicle Quality (VQ) line and Paint Shop through Vehicle Audits and IQS •Conduct root cause analysis of market defects with timely submission of QIR/ QRM-II reports •Plan and execute monthly BIP and ISO audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards •Supervise Paint Shop QA operations •Train and mentor MTOs and interns and conduct Floor Skill Training (FST) for new hires to strengthen technical competence and promote a quality-focused culture

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy
Relevant field experience; exposure to IMS/ ISO/ IATF audits; working knowledge of QIR, QPR/ DTRS, QRM and new model launch activities
Strong Analytical Skills, Reporting Skills, Communication, MS Office
Preferred: SAP
