The Role
Ombre Apparel Park seeks a DM Production for the Stitching section of its Eastern Wear division at Ombre Apparel Park, Manga Raiwind Road, Lahore. Responsible for achieving production targets on time and distributing work in process as per line capabilities.
•Ensure execution of complete production plans on a daily basis •Lead, train and supervise the entire production team •Ensure line balancing as per the required levels of output •Inspect materials and products or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions and streamline the production process •Ensure timely coordination with concerned stakeholders and the quality department for continuous improvement

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years
5 to 6 years of relevant experience
Garment Production, Line Balancing, MS Office, Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills
