The Role
Dawn Foods Corp. Ltd is hiring a Fleet Manager in Lahore to manage a fleet of 300+ vehicles, covering availability, maintenance, costs and statutory compliance.
•Manage a fleet of 300+ vehicles, ensuring availability, readiness and compliance •Oversee vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, operating costs and preventive maintenance •Manage vehicle registration, permits, fitness certificates, transfers, token tax and statutory compliance •Coordinate with government authorities for timely documentation and regulatory approvals •Monitor fleet utilization, downtime, costs, fuel efficiency and transporter performance through KPIs •Implement controls for fuel cards, mileage, vehicle usage and maintenance expenses

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years
- Masters
Experience managing 300+ vehicles, preferably in FMCG or a similar environment
Fleet Management, GPS, Telematics, SAP, ERP, MS Excel, Dashboards, AI Tools, Vendor Management, Negotiation, Analytical Skills, Problem Solving, Communication Skills
•Ability to meet deadlines, manage pressure, optimize costs and drive continuous improvement •Strong understanding of fleet safety, regulatory requirements and compliance standards
