The Role

The National School & College is looking for a Head of Academics to join its team in Lahore, leading the overall management and development of the school in alignment with its vision, mission, values and strategic objectives.

•Lead the overall management and development of the school in alignment with its vision, mission, values and strategic objectives •Develop annual school improvement plans, operational priorities and measurable performance targets •Ensure effective implementation of the approved curriculum, academic calendar and assessment framework •Review academic performance reports, examination results, student progress and syllabus completion •Develop leadership capabilities among Section Heads, Academic Coordinators and other key personnel •Ensure appropriate safeguarding arrangements and timely escalation of child protection concerns in accordance with applicable laws and policies •Oversee the school's day-to-day operations to ensure uninterrupted academic and administrative activities •Coordinate with Admissions and Marketing teams to achieve approved enrollment and retention objectives •Contribute to the development of strategies for enrollment growth and the school's long-term sustainability •Ensure compliance with applicable education laws, registration requirements, examination board rules and regulatory standards •Maintain appropriate institutional records, including academic results, attendance, staffing and student documentation •Develop and implement school improvement initiatives based on academic results, operational reviews, parent feedback and staff evaluations •Identify opportunities for new programs, additional sections and future campus expansion in coordination with management
