The Role

Shafi Texcel Limited is hiring a Senior Manager Powerhouse & Electrical in Lahore to oversee O&M activities of the power house, electronic lab, motor winding workshop and non-production electrical systems.

•Oversee O&M activities of the Power House, Electronic Lab, Motor winding workshop and non-production electrical systems •Implement and monitor power generation policies (Gas/ Diesel, WAPDA and Solar) in line with management, approve O&M and projects, monitor departmental performance, and ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance through CMMS •Control wastage and optimize the use of company assets across non-production facilities, including residential colonies and guest houses •Provide technical support to the Admin department regarding regulatory notices from LESCO, SNGPL and the Electrical Inspector, while ensuring effective interdepartmental coordination

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements

Required Education Level/ Field of Study

Bachelor 16 Years: Electrical Engineering
Diploma: DAE Electrical Technology
Masters
Postgraduate Diploma

Required Experience

BSc (15-20 years) or DAE (20-25 years) of experience in textile power generation, distribution, utilization, workshops etc.

Skills

Team Management, Electrical Generation, Transmission Distribution and Utilization, Power/ Energy Management, Control Circuits Design, Embedded Design, PLC, SCADA, Power Electronics, C/ C++ Programming

Any Other Requirements or Preferences

•BSc/ BE/ B Tech/ DAE Electrical Engineering; Master/ Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Certifications preferable
