The Role
Urbansole is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior E-Commerce Executive to join its E-Commerce team in DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
•Manage the complete post-order lifecycle, including order processing, dispatch, delivery and reverse logistics •Monitor order lead time, delivery success ratio, returns, cancellations and pending orders •Analyze post-order data and prepare performance reports and dashboards for management •Coordinate with Warehouse, Retail Stores, Customer Services and Finance to ensure smooth operations •Prepare dispatch and financial reports covering orders, returns and courier discrepancies •Manage Shopify product onboarding, catalog updates, pricing, inventory details and website photoshoot coordination •Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience •Perform additional Shopify and e-commerce operational tasks as assigned

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years
Minimum 3 years of experience; 6-12 months of relevant experience in customer service, e-commerce or logistics
