The Role
SECP invites applications for Joint Director in its Prosecution & Civil Litigation Department on a contractual basis on open merit, location: Islamabad.

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Law
- Masters: Law
10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including 8 years as an Advocate of the High Court and proven experience in independently handling corporate and criminal prosecution (white-collar crime) and advisory Preferred: Experience in regulatory bodies, companies, corporate litigation and practice; preference to candidates who have completed Bar-at-Law qualification after LL.B. or hold an LL.M. degree
Enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court; Advocate of the High Court for at least 8 years with an active practice
•Appointment on a contractual basis for a term of three (3) years, extendable on organizational need and performance; the Commission may consider regularization after three years, subject to fulfilment of prescribed criteria
