Masters: Law

Required Experience

6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate-related litigation and prosecution, including 4 years as an Advocate of the High Court Preferred: Experience in regulatory bodies, companies, corporate litigation and practice; preference to candidates who have completed Bar-at-Law qualification after LL.B. or hold an LL.M. degree

Required Professional Registration(s)/ License(s)

Enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court; Advocate of the High Court for at least 4 years with an active practice

Any Other Requirements or Preferences

•Appointment on a contractual basis for a term of three (3) years, extendable on organizational need and performance; the Commission may consider regularization after three years, subject to fulfilment of prescribed criteria
