The Role
Gharibwal Cement Limited is hiring a Junior Officer IT for Lahore to provide first-line technical support and maintain IT hardware and systems.
•Provide first-line technical support for computers, laptops, software, email, printers, photocopiers and connectivity issues •Install, configure and maintain IT hardware, operating systems, business applications and peripheral devices •Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, internet and network connectivity issues •Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with IT security policies •Maintain IT asset inventory, equipment assignment records and support documentation •Assist with new employee workstation setup and escalate complex technical issues to the IT Manager

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Diploma: Information Technology
- Bachelor 16 Years: Information Technology
1-2 years of experience, preferably from a large scale manufacturing concern
