The Role
Fatima Group is hiring a Manager Mechanical for the Steel Melting Shop at Fatima Steel Mill Limited, Plant Site Sanawan.
•Mechanical Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of Steel Melting Shop machinery and auxiliary equipment •Furnace & CCM Systems: Oversee maintenance of induction furnace mechanisms, hydraulic systems, cooling circuits, and continuous casting machinery •Troubleshooting & Projects: Diagnose mechanical faults and supervise equipment installation, alignment, commissioning, and plant expansion projects •Workshop & Spare Management: Manage fabrication, machining, repairs, critical spares, inventory, and departmental budgets •Team & Vendor Management: Lead mechanical maintenance teams and coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and suppliers •Safety & Reporting: Ensure workplace safety compliance and submit maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance reports to management

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Mechanical Engineering
Relevant experience in the steel industry, including 3 years in a leadership or managerial role within an SMS or steel manufacturing facility
