The Role

J7 Global is seeking an experienced and technically skilled ELV & IT Manager/ Engineer to oversee the planning, coordination, implementation, testing, commissioning and handover of ELV, security, hospitality technology and IT infrastructure for a 5-star luxury hospitality real estate project (Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences Islamabad, Mumtaz City, near New Islamabad International Airport).

•Lead ELV and IT systems from design development and procurement through installation, testing, commissioning and handover •Oversee Fire Alarm, BMS, GRMS, IBS/ DAS, Perimeter Security and Parking Management Systems •Manage IP CCTV/ VMS, Access Control, Baggage Scanners, UVSS and Biometric Systems •Coordinate hospitality technology including IPTV, Smart TVs, PABX, AV Systems, Digital Signage and Video Walls •Manage LAN/ WAN, Guest Wi-Fi (HSIA), Structured Cabling, Fiber/ Cat6A, Server Rooms, Firewalls and GPON infrastructure •Coordinate IT infrastructure requirements for Oracle OPERA PMS, Sun ERP, HRMS, virtualization and backup systems •Review BOQs, tender proposals, shop drawings, technical submittals and method statements •Coordinate with System Integrators, MEP Contractors, consultants, vendors and Hotel Operations teams •Ensure seamless integration, testing, commissioning, documentation and operational handover of all systems •Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards

Bachelor 16 Years: Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology

Required Experience

8+ years of relevant experience in ELV, ICT and Building Technology projects; experience in 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, commercial projects or large-scale developments is required

Any Other Requirements or Preferences

•Knowledge of Cisco/ Aruba, OPERA PMS, BMS, GRMS, CCTV/ VMS, Access Control, IPTV and structured cabling •Strong understanding of testing, commissioning, FAT/ SAT and project handover procedures •CCNA/ CCNP, PMP, BICSI RCDD or relevant OEM certifications will be an advantage
