The Role
Alkhidmat Foundation KP North is hiring a Manager Education for its Education Program to manage and supervise all education initiatives including schools, scholarships, Child Protection Centers and skills development programs.
•Manage and supervise all education initiatives, including schools, scholarships, Child Protection Centers, and skills development programs •Ensure quality education, effective school management, and improved academic performance •Monitor program activities through regular field visits and performance reviews •Develop education projects, proposals, budgets, work plans, and strategic plans •Strengthen teacher training, capacity building, and child-centered learning •Ensure transparent and effective implementation of the Scholarship Program •Monitor Child Protection Centers and vocational training activities to ensure quality and relevance •Provide technical guidance to education teams and school management •Ensure timely reporting, proper resource utilization, and compliance with AKF policies •Coordinate with AKF Head Office, relevant stakeholders, and regional management for program development and expansion
