The Role

Tabba Kidney Institute is urgently hiring a Credit & Recovery Officer to handle invoice review, dispute resolution, credit applications and collection follow-up.

•Analyze, review and dispatch the bills/ invoices •Review dispute details, compile data and share with the concerned person for timely resolution •Review and advise on credit applications as required •Monitor and manage WHT (withholding tax) exemption and deduction •Follow up for collection visits on a regular basis •Follow up with the clients/ patients for payment and attend to questions and objections and resolve the issue •Submit receipts and recoveries in book against invoices and deposit to the cashier/ bank for proper recording •Team visits (as and when required) on assigned tasks
