The Role
Cynosure is hiring a Proposal Developer to lead proposal development for international development and NGO bids. Full time and onsite in Islamabad.
•Lead end-to-end proposal development, from analysing complex RFPs and developing bid strategies to drafting technical/ financial sections and ensuring strict compliance •Guide expert selection, team composition and CV tailoring to meet client requirements •Research client priorities, country and sector contexts and curate relevant project references •Use AI responsibly to support research and drafting and develop reusable proposal content and templates •Ensure professional document formatting and develop clear charts, infographics and proposal visuals •Supervise and mentor junior staff, review their work and share knowledge to strengthen proposal quality

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters
Proven proposal development experience in international development or NGO settings
MS Word, Office Suite, Canva, Adobe, AI Tools, Writing & Editing, Attention to Detail, Time Management
Salary, Compensation & Benefits
PKR 130,000- 150,000/ month
