The Role

Head Teacher for one of The Ismailia Youth Services' schools in Sujawal, leading teaching quality, school operations and staff.

•Provide overall leadership and vision to ensure a positive learning environment and high standards of education •Develop and implement school improvement plans in coordination with the management team •Oversee curriculum implementation, teaching quality and student performance to achieve desired learning outcomes •Lead recruitment, deployment and performance management of teaching and non-teaching staff •Ensure effective school operations including discipline, attendance, timetable management and staff coordination •Monitor assessment, reporting and data-driven decision-making to improve academic standards •Promote continuous professional development and support staff through mentoring and appraisal processes •Maintain strong communication and partnerships with parents and ensure a safe, inclusive school environment •Coordinate with internal departments for compliance, administration and facility management
