The Role
NBP Funds is seeking a Head of Fixed Income to lead the fixed income investment function covering money market, income and government/ corporate debt funds.
•Set and execute investment strategy across money market, income and government securities funds •Manage portfolio duration, credit exposure and yield curve positioning in line with fund mandates •Lead credit analysis, issuer due diligence and internal credit rating of corporate debt instruments •Monitor macroeconomic trends, interest rate outlook and SBP policy to guide portfolio positioning •Track fund performance against benchmarks and peer funds •Manage relationships with banks, dealers, corporate issuers and institutional investors •Oversee fund compliance, investor reporting and risk management for fixed income funds •Represent the firm to SECP, rating agencies and institutional/ HNW investors •Build, mentor and lead the fixed income investment team

10+ years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Business Administration
10+ years in treasury, fixed income fund/ portfolio management with a strong performance track record; proven credit analysis, issuer evaluation and fixed income trading experience Preferred: CFA, CA or ACCA qualification
