PhD with 13 years of experience in the relevant field in BPS-17 and above or equivalent; OR MS/ MPhil (18 years education) with 15 years; OR Master's degree (16 years) with 60% marks in annual system or 2.50 CGPA in semester system with 17 years of experience in the relevant field in BPS-17 and above or equivalent
