MS/ MPhil (18 years education) with 03 years of experience in the relevant field in BPS-17 or equivalent; OR Master's degree/ MBA/ BBA (Hons.)/ BS Engineering (16 years) with 60% marks in annual system or 2.50 CGPA in semester system with 05 years of relevant experience in BPS-17 or equivalent
