The Role

Contract drafting, administration and lifecycle management at Pakistan Single Window, Karachi, in line with the PPRA framework and applicable laws.

•Draft, review and finalize contracts, purchase agreements, framework agreements, SLAs, NDAs and MoUs •Ensure all contract terms are commercially sound, legally compliant and aligned with organizational policies, risk appetite and the PPRA framework •Prepare contract summaries, risk registers and obligation trackers for senior management review •Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle including milestone tracking, deliverables, change orders and variation management •Monitor contract performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs and payment schedules; flag deviations for timely resolution •Maintain a centralized, auditable contract repository with version-controlled documentation •Assist in preparation of procurement documents, including tender documents (RFX) and procurement contracts •Identify, assess and manage contractual risks; handle contractor/ vendor claims, back charges, penalties and dispute resolution •Liaise with the Legal team in cases escalated to arbitration, DAB or litigation •Prepare periodic reports on contract status, risks and vendor performance for VP Procurement and senior management •Support internal and external audits by maintaining complete, accurate and accessible contract files •Support development and periodic review of contract management policies, templates and SOPs
