The Role

Ali Medical Centre is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee housekeeping, laundry and linen operations at the hospital.

•Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, hygienic and safe hospital environment •Supervise, train and manage housekeeping staff, including duty rosters and performance evaluations •Ensure compliance with hospital infection prevention and control (IPC) protocols and hygiene standards •Monitor cleanliness across patient rooms, wards, OPDs, emergency areas and other hospital facilities •Ensure proper handling, segregation and disposal of hospital waste in accordance with healthcare safety standards •Conduct routine inspections, maintain housekeeping records and implement corrective actions •Coordinate with Infection Control, Quality Assurance and Administration departments •Manage housekeeping supplies, equipment, inventory and resource utilization
