The Role
Senior Executive for the procurement of accessories and trims at International Textile Limited, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.
•Perform complete operational activity required for allied procurement •Prepare purchase orders of assigned domain against purchase requisitions (received from concerned departments) on SAP and forward to vendors •Coordinate with vendors/ suppliers for smooth procurement process •Ensure timely closing and proper recording of all invoices/ bills (received from vendors) •Record and maintain supplier list, rate list, supplier performance report, and daily procurement performance report in MS Excel •Perform any other task assigned by HOD

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Supply Chain Management
- Masters: Business Administration (MBA)
Relevant experience in procurement, preferably in the textile industry
SAP, Microsoft Excel, MS Office, Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Coordination, Analytical Skills, Procurement
•Knowledge of accessories and trims and relevant sourcing
