The Role
Square One Mall is hiring an Assistant Manager HR in Karachi to lead recruitment, performance management and payroll processing.
•Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all functional positions •Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future positions •Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent •Coordinate and administer the annual Performance Management Cycle across the organization •Lead end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements, attendance reconciliation, leave adjustments, and statutory deductions •Ensure payroll records are accurately maintained and payroll processes comply with applicable company policies and legal requirements

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management
- Masters: Business Administration (HRM)
