The Role
Isra University Hospital, Hyderabad invites applications from qualified and compassionate Registered Nurses to provide safe, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards and hospital policies.
•Assess patients and make appropriate clinical decisions •Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical conditions and promptly report significant changes •Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely •Assist physicians during examinations and clinical procedures •Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation •Follow infection prevention, medication safety and patient safety protocols •Educate patients and their attendants on treatment plans and post-discharge care •Ensure proper handling of medical supplies and coordinate with healthcare teams •Respond promptly to emergencies and provide nursing interventions within the scope of practice

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Nursing
- Diploma: General Nursing
Preferred: 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience; fresh graduates who have completed their internships may also apply
Valid and current PN&MC registration/ license is mandatory
Willingness to work rotating shifts
