The Role
Visual Merchandiser for the North Region (Islamabad) of Nishat Linen, supporting visual merchandising strategies across stores.
•Support the development and execution of visual merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation and sales performance •Plan and implement window and in-store displays, including mannequin styling and product placement, in line with brand guidelines •Ensure consistency and quality of visual merchandising standards across the assigned region •Collaborate with store teams, marketing, and operations to ensure timely and effective campaign execution •Conduct regular store visits to monitor VM compliance, identify improvement areas, and maintain brand standards •Guide and train store and VM teams, analyze store performance, and introduce creative, trend-driven display solutions

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Fashion
2-3 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising within the fashion or retail industry Preferred: Experience managing multiple stores or regional operations
•Fashion graduate from a well-reputed institute •Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region
