The Role
Agro Processor Atmospheric Gases Ltd (APAG) is looking for a Deputy Manager Warehouse & Logistics at its SITE area, Karachi location.
•Monitor warehouse operations, material movement, and space utilization across all regional warehouses •Ensure effective inventory control, resolve stock variances and damages, and monitor SLOB inventory •Maintain 0-90 days aged inventory at ≤1% and ensure action plans for inventory aged over 270 days •Optimize warehouse and freight costs within approved budgets, controlling damages, consumables, and overtime •Plan inbound and outbound logistics to ensure uninterrupted supply and achieve OTIF targets •Lead, train, coach, and evaluate regional warehouse teams to ensure operational efficiency and capability development •Manage route planning, load consolidation, vehicle scheduling, fleet operations, 3PLs, and freight rates •Ensure availability, maintenance, and safe operation of warehouse equipment and fire safety systems •Maintain discipline, cleanliness, safety, and continuous improvement across all warehouses •Address operational delays and complaints/ claims through timely communication and effective CAPA implementation •Prepare and analyze periodic reports on inventory, dispatches, losses, and warehouse KPIs •Ensure audit compliance and develop and maintain the Warehouse Operations Manual •Monitor and analyze warehouse-wise SROs for damaged and returned finished goods, including recoverable oil and loss oil reconciliation

- Masters: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration
6-7 years of work experience
