The Role
Hashwani Hotels is hiring a Planning Engineer for its projects in Islamabad.
•Prepare the schedule/ timelines of all the projects (Civil + MEP) and continuously monitor the projects as per the agreed timelines •Report the delays and recovery to achieve the timelines •Prepare MOM of progress meetings •Prepare reports as required by the management •Prepare three (3) monthly and monthly look ahead programs •Prepare dashboards as required by CDP •Evaluate expected delays and cost overruns and inform management periodically •Evaluate any extension of time •Check contractors' submissions

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Civil Engineering, Relevant Field
At least 7 years of mandatory contractor experience, with expertise in Primavera Preferred: Experience in complex Civil and MEP projects and hospitality and renovation projects
