The Role

AFMDC is seeking a competent, experienced, and result-oriented Deputy Manager Projects to oversee and coordinate project execution for its Ghafoor Bashir Hospital- Multi Story Hospital Project (a project of Aziz Fatima Trust).

•Assist in planning, managing, and executing overall project activities in accordance with approved project plans and schedules •Supervise and coordinate civil, structural, finishing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP works •Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and quality standards •Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth project execution •Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and resource utilization to ensure timely completion •Review drawings, identify technical issues, and coordinate their timely resolution •Monitor project costs, material consumption, work measurements, contractor bills, and variations against approved BOQs •Ensure quality control, site inspections, and timely rectification of defective and incomplete works •Ensure compliance with HSE, safety, housekeeping, and work permit requirements •Maintain project documentation, progress reports, meeting minutes, and site records •Report project progress, delays, challenges, and recommendations to senior management •Assist in testing, commissioning, inspections, and final handover of completed works
