The Role
Coordinate, implement, monitor and report on the education project across six schools in Chaghi District, working with school leadership, government departments, donors and local communities.
•Coordinate project activities across six schools and ensure achievement of set targets •Support school improvement, monitor attendance and education quality •Engage with stakeholders including government and communities •Ensure compliance with HRDF and donor guidelines •Prepare timely reports and maintain accurate records

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Education, Educational Leadership and Management
- Masters: Education, Educational Leadership and Management
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in education project coordination or school management Preferred: Experience of working with schools and community stakeholders will be an advantage
