The Role
Manager- Legal Affairs at Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital, Rawalpindi, handling contracts, legal advisory, litigation and regulatory compliance.
•Contract Management: Review, draft and vet hospital agreements, digital marketing contracts, procurement contracts and MoUs •Legal Advisory: Guide leadership on regulatory compliance, healthcare regulations, corporate laws and Pakistani labor laws •Litigation & External Counsel: Manage legal notices, court proceedings and liaise effectively with external legal partners •Policy & Compliance: Ensure statutory compliance across all organizational policies, track legislative updates and maintain contract/ license registries •Risk Management: Develop risk mitigation strategies and support internal teams during commercial negotiations and dispute resolutions

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Law
- Masters: Law
Minimum 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, contract management or legal affairs Preferred: Healthcare/ hospital sector experience is highly preferred
