The Role
Operate and monitor BOPP filmline machines from casting to winding in Production Operations at the Lahore facility.
•Operate and monitor BOPP Filmline machines from casting to winding •Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and complete operational checklists •Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, noise and vibration •Perform spindle changes, unloading and tagging of Mill Rolls •Ensure product quality by identifying defects such as lines, scratches and spots •Maintain screen change schedules and ensure timely cleaning •Inspect and clean filters and maintain relevant records •Support grade change activities including hopper unloading and sampling for RD&C lab •Inspect and replace trim blades as required •Ensure smooth machine operations and perform threading when required •Follow safety procedures and report abnormalities immediately

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Diploma: DAE Electrical Technology, DAE Mechanical Technology
- Bachelor 16 Years: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
•Willingness to work in rotational shifts •Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
