The Role
Coordinate retail health product implementation, partnerships and operational readiness in the Health Department.
•Coordinate retail health product implementation, partnerships, and operational readiness •Prepare agency agreements, SLAs, SOPs, process flows, MIS formats, and related documentation •Manage sales operations, policy issuance, customer servicing, cancellations, renewals, and commission processing •Coordinate with distribution partners to resolve operational queries, grievances, and service issues •Conduct product and process training for existing and newly onboarded partners •Prepare and maintain MIS reports covering sales, policy issuance, dispatches, reconciliation, claims, and complaints •Monitor operational TATs and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and efficiency •Ensure compliance with approved product terms, internal policies, and regulatory requirements

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Business Administration, Economics
Relevant experience in health insurance, general insurance, bancassurance, insurance operations, TAP or banking Preferred: Experience in retail health policy administration, partner management or claim coordination
Stakeholder Management, Communication and interpersonal skills, Coordination and follow-through, Problem Solving, Customer orientation, Training and presentation skills
