The Role
Senior HR Executive at Style Textile, Manga, Lahore.
•Manage end-to-end HR operations, address employee grievances, conduct counselling sessions, and support employee welfare and engagement initiatives •Handle disciplinary proceedings, warning letters, inquiries, and workplace investigations •Coordinate with worker committees, unions, and elected representatives to support industrial relations and dispute resolution •Ensure compliance with applicable Pakistani labour laws, company policies, and customer compliance standards •Maintain statutory records and support internal and external audits •Prepare HR reports on absenteeism, turnover, disciplinary cases, and manpower movements to provide management with actionable recommendations

- Bachelor 16 Years: Human Resource, Management
- Masters: Human Resource, Management
Relevant experience in HR Operations, and Employee and Industrial Relations
