The Role

Supervise civil maintenance, repair and renovation work at University of Lahore Hospital (Electro-Medical/ Engineering Maintenance Department).

•Supervise daily civil maintenance, repair and renovation work •Monitor ongoing civil works to ensure quality and timely completion •Ensure proper maintenance of hospital buildings, walls, floors, ceilings and other structures •Coordinate with contractors, technicians and relevant departments •Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital protocols during civil works •Monitor the use of materials and maintain records of completed and pending work •Report maintenance issues and work progress to the concerned authorities
