The Role
System Administrator to manage and support enterprise datacenter infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, SAN storage, backup systems and disaster recovery.
•Administer virtualization platforms such as VMware vCenter/ ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V •Manage SAN and NAS storage systems, including LUN provisioning, zoning and masking •Administer SAN Fibre Channel switches and coordinate storage upgrades and migrations •Manage enterprise backup solutions, including Tape Library operations and Veeam Backup & Replication (or equivalent) •Implement and maintain backup, replication and disaster recovery (DR) solutions •Monitor system, storage and backup performance and perform patching, upgrades and health checks •Configure and support Microsoft infrastructure services (AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS) •Maintain technical documentation, SOPs and inventory records •Work with vendors, support teams and internal stakeholders on infrastructure operations •Install, configure and maintain Windows and Linux servers, including physical and virtual servers, in production environments •Perform server administration tasks: patching, hardening, performance tuning, user and permission management, and hardware troubleshooting

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Computer Science, Information Technology
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in system administration, datacenter operations or enterprise IT infrastructure
VMware Certification, Virtualization, SAN Switches, Backup and Disaster Recovery, Windows Server, Linux
VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE) or equivalent, SAN-related certifications
